For International Applicants
The University requires official records of educational study leading to the earned degree(s) or certificate(s). Transcripts of previous academic training should show courses taken, grades obtained, and proof of graduation. All official/attested transcripts must have an original seal or stamp from the issuing institution. All transcripts from institutions outside the United States must be translated into English and evaluated before they will be reviewed. One of several services that does this is World Education Services (wes.org). English proficiency and proof of funding documents must be included in your application.
Once all of the required documents are received, applications will be reviewed by the individual school or program admissions committees using the unofficial transcripts. If an offer of admission is made, then an official transcript in the original signed and sealed envelope, or secure email from the issuing institution or international evaluating service, must be received and reviewed for verification by the Office of Graduate Admissions before registration for classes is allowed. Admission decisions will be based on grade point average, undergraduate major, years and relevance of work experience, recommendations, writing ability, relevance/usefulness of program to meeting personal and professional objectives, and other relevant criteria. Applications for MSPS and Busch School M.S.M. are reviewed on a rolling basis. Completed applications will receive a decision notification within 3-5 business days, and students can begin classes during the next available term.
