The Catholic University of America School of Professional Studies (SPS) is dedicated to helping non-traditional, adult learners achieve their academic and professional goals.
The Bachelor's to Master's Scholars Program enables dedicated, thriving undergraduate students to earn a 50% tuition scholarship. The program gives SPS undergraduate students who are serious about earning a master's degree the opportunity to earn graduate credits while completing a bachelor’s degree.
In order to apply for the Bachelor's to Master's Program students must:
- Possess 60+ college credits.
- Possess 3.0 (minimum) cumulative GPA.
- Enroll full time (at least 12 credits) in the Fall and Spring semesters
- Complete an application, and submit a typed statement describing: 1) your intention to continue on to the Master’s program and 2) relation to educational/career goals.
- Letter of recommendation (one) – may be either professional or academic.
- Application deadline: All application materials must be submitted one semester in advance.
Students approved for the Bachelor’s to Master’s program must have at least one semester completed at our university. Once students in the program have earned 90 credits, they are eligible to take up to 9 credits at the graduate level which can be applied to both the bachelor’s degree and master’s degree.
This could reduce the time to reach your Master of Health Administration degree to 10 additional courses (31 credits), and either your Master of Science in Management or Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies degrees to 9 additional courses (27 credits).
